How God Changed My Life
Hi! I’m Reyno Vicente S. Guirindola, an alumnus of Visayas State University (VSU) in Leyte, Philippines. I grew up in a Christian family, where I was always exposed to God and regularly attended church. But just because I knew about God didn’t mean I was close to Him. I often made choices based on pride and what I wanted, instead of following what God wanted for me.
When I was in senior high school in Cebu City, I met people who helped me grow closer to God. They taught me how to pray and follow Jesus daily. Slowly, my heart began to change, and I started to understand what it really means to have a relationship with God.Then the pandemic came, and we all had to go home. I packed up and returned to my hometown before the lockdown began.
